After Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana tells the 2013 Republican National Committee meeting in Charlotte, NC that the GOP must 'stop being the party of stupid,' the group re-elects Chairman Reince Priebus, the person who led them to defeat last November. Last Year Rachel Maddow predicted as much, in a commentary in which she highlighted a little of the Priebus stupid.
