During his radio show this past week, Limbaugh referred to the president as the "single most destructive force" in his lifetime.
"The single most destructive force in my lifetime in this economy escaped any blame, and that would be Obama. We figured, how in the world can Romney be hit by this? He had nothing to do with any of these policies. And yet he was blamed. That's what happens. When Bush is blamed, Romney, the current candidate is not gonna get votes."
Rush Limbaugh and conservatives have ripped apart the policies put in place by President Obama for four years, but it all got thrown back in their faces on Election night. With an economy that has added over 5 million private sector jobs, a stock market that has nearly doubled and an auto industry that is back on its feet, the conservative argument against the economic platform of President Obama doesn't hold much water. If Rush Limbaugh and the right-wing media want to be taken seriously, they have to confront reality first.
