Projections are that rape talking Tea Party Republicans Richard Mourdock and Todd Akin have lost their races for seats in the United States Senate.

From the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

Republican Todd Akin, whose "legitimate rape" comments turned the tide in his Senate race, conceded tonight to incumbent Democrat Claire McCaskill.

From WISH-TV, Indianapolis:

Republican Richard Mourdock is conceding defeat in Indiana's Senate race with a defiant tone much like the one he took following his comments on rape and abortion.

So, that means the Democrats pick up a seat in Indiana and hold onto to one in Missouri.
