Tonya Ann Fowler called 911 after seeing herself on the cover of Bad & Busted, according to police reports, and said she was unhappy with the photograph.
This was Fowler's second call to Barrow County [Georgia] 911. Her first was a request for someone to house her personal affects as she was being evicted from her current living quarters.
As a result of the 911 call about her mug shot, Fowler was afforded the opportunity to pose for a fresh booking photo since she was charged with unlawful use of 911 and disorderly conduct.
