Two men were today arrested for shooting five African Americans in less than in an hour in an allegedly racially motivated shooting spree.
Three of the victims died and two were critically wounded within a three-mile radius in north Tulsa, Oaklahoma, on Friday after they were shot while out walking.
Jake England, 19, and 32-year-old Alvin Watts were taken into custody early today just north of Tulsa and they will face three counts of first-degree murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill.
