An environmentalist evicted from the cave he lives in because it lacked a fire exit will take on his local council in the European Court of Human Rights.
Hilaire Purbrick has been living in a two-metre wide cave on his plot of land in Brighton, in the UK, for 16 years, London's The Telegraph said.
